What's New For the 2021 Lexus LS?

For the 2021 model year, there are a few changes to the 2021 Lexus LS. The most significant change comes thanks to a new 12.3-inch infotainment system that removes the old system that didn't even have touchscreen capabilities. Headlamp design has been refreshed, along with exterior trim, and you'll notice a decidedly quieter cabin, thanks to an updated interior noise cancellation system.

2021 Lexus LS Trims & Features

Two trim levels are available on the 2021 Lexus LS gas model and one hybrid model: LS 500, LS 500 F Sport, and the LS 500h hybrid. You'll find that the base LS 500 comes equipped with plenty of convenience features, including Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa integration, and navigation. Other standard features include SmartAccess, a key fob that allows you to lock and unlock your doors, and start the push-button ignition without taking your keys out of your pocket. Using everyday speech, you can place Bluetooth enabled phone calls, operate audio, navigation, and climate controls with the standard Dynamic Voice Command. Stepping up to the LS F Sport, you'll get exclusive sport seats, a unique F Sport front fascia and mesh grille, aluminum pedals, and performance gauges.

Regardless of what trim level you're interested in, you'll love the twin-turbocharged, 3.5-liter V6 engine. It'll give you 416 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque and paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. You can also opt for the hybrid option if you're concerned with reducing your overall carbon footprint. The 3.5-liter V6 is paired with electric drive motors with 354 total system horsepower.

2021 Lexus LS Safety

The Lexus Safety System is included in the 2021 Lexus LS. Standard driver assistance features are included among all of the trim levels to keep you and others on the road safe while driving. You'll experience emergency braking when you're approaching a vehicle that is coming up too quickly. Pedestrian detection will alert you if someone is too close and in danger of being hit. Lane departure warning technology alerts you and corrects you if you're drifting out of your lane. Adaptive cruise control will alter your speed when you're on the highway and approach another vehicle.
